DISC (BEHAVIORS)

12 DRIVING FORCES

Knowledge of an individual’s driving forces help tell us why a person behaves a certain way. 12 Driving Forces™ measures the primary driving forces cluster – the top four of an individual’s driving forces – to tell a story of how a person derives meaning from life and work.
EQ (EMOTIONAL QUOTIENT)
EQ assesses an individual's communication and interpersonal skills.
The EQ section helps identify how well a person is able to manage emotions and impact relationships with others. It looks at a person’s emotional intelligence, which is the ability to sense, understand and effectively apply the power and acumen of emotions to facilitate higher levels of collaboration and productivity.
